    摘 要:遠(yuǎn)程終端單元 (RTU) 主要功能是數(shù)據(jù)采集、存儲(chǔ)和傳輸,以 STC12C5A60S2 單片機(jī)作為主控芯片,設(shè)計(jì)了一種能夠應(yīng)用于多種環(huán)境采集終端的 RTU 硬件系統(tǒng)。給出了 RTU 硬件組成框圖,開發(fā)了模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換、存儲(chǔ)器、通信、輸入輸出、電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)等相關(guān)模塊,該系統(tǒng)經(jīng)測(cè)試實(shí)現(xiàn)了 RTU 的多路數(shù)據(jù)采集、通信、驅(qū)動(dòng)控制等功能,解決了早期 RTU 系統(tǒng)功能單一、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸效率低、技術(shù)開發(fā)和可擴(kuò)展性差等問題,已在許多方面得到了很好應(yīng)用。

    Abstract: The capital function of the remote terminal unit (RTU) is data acquisition, storage, and transmission. This paper took the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the master chip and designed an RTU hardware system that could be applied to a multi-environment collection terminal. It proposed a block diagram of the RTU hardware composition and developed related modules such as analog-to-digital conversion, memory, communication, input and output, motor drive, etc. The test result shows that this system realizes many functions of RTU, for example, multi-channel data acquisition, communication, drive control, etc. It could solve problems of the single function, low-level efficiency, poor technical development, and poor scalability in the early RTU system. This system applies in many aspects.
