    摘 要:遠程終端單元 (RTU) 主要功能是數(shù)據(jù)采集、存儲和傳輸,以 STC12C5A60S2 單片機作為主控芯片,設計了一種能夠應用于多種環(huán)境采集終端的 RTU 硬件系統(tǒng)。給出了 RTU 硬件組成框圖,開發(fā)了模數(shù)轉換、存儲器、通信、輸入輸出、電機驅動等相關模塊,該系統(tǒng)經測試實現(xiàn)了 RTU 的多路數(shù)據(jù)采集、通信、驅動控制等功能,解決了早期 RTU 系統(tǒng)功能單一、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸效率低、技術開發(fā)和可擴展性差等問題,已在許多方面得到了很好應用。

    Abstract: The capital function of the remote terminal unit (RTU) is data acquisition, storage, and transmission. This paper took the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the master chip and designed an RTU hardware system that could be applied to a multi-environment collection terminal. It proposed a block diagram of the RTU hardware composition and developed related modules such as analog-to-digital conversion, memory, communication, input and output, motor drive, etc. The test result shows that this system realizes many functions of RTU, for example, multi-channel data acquisition, communication, drive control, etc. It could solve problems of the single function, low-level efficiency, poor technical development, and poor scalability in the early RTU system. This system applies in many aspects.
