一起斷路器分閘時間不穩(wěn)定故障的分析與處理

    摘 要:介紹了試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)場一起斷路器分閘時間不穩(wěn)定的故障分析與處理事件,通過記錄斷路器分合閘過程形成的線圈電流曲線,提取相關(guān)特征量展開分析,并綜合其他方法驗(yàn)證,成功鎖定故障位置并消除缺陷。本次故障的分析與處理,驗(yàn)證了基于電流曲線診斷斷路器故障方法的可行性和有效性,對同類故障的排查和處理具有借鑒意義。

An Analysis and Treatment of a Circuit Breaker's
Unstable Opening Time Fault

    Abstract: This paper introduced analysis and treatment of an accident that happened at the test site, which is the unstable opening time fault of the circuit breaker. According to the record, the coil current curve could be formed during the opening and closing of the circuit breaker. This paper recorded and extracted the relevant feature quantities for analysis and verified with other methods. By doing this, this research could locate fault locations and eliminate defects.The analysis and processing of this fault verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method for diagnosing circuit breaker faults based on the current curve and has significant meaning for the troubleshooting and processing of similar problems.
