一種精細(xì)用電的電能資源配置方法

    摘 要:以引導(dǎo)用電企業(yè)減少碳排放,增加清潔能源消費(fèi),提高能源利用效率為目標(biāo),通過(guò)對(duì)精細(xì)用電進(jìn)行研究,提出一種電能資源優(yōu)化配置方法,分析了精細(xì)用電中電量與收益的關(guān)系,通過(guò)構(gòu)建綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)電能保供前提下的電量分配,促進(jìn)企業(yè)能效提升和用能權(quán)市場(chǎng)化交易,有效銜接計(jì)劃配置與市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié),并通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。

An Allocation of the Power of Resources Method for the
Precise Power Consumption

    Abstract: This paper might help enterprises reduce carbon emissions, increase clean energy consumption and improve energy efficiency.It proposed an optimal allocation of the power of resources method by studying the precise power consumption.It analyzed the relationship between electricity and income in precise electricity consumption and constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system to realize the electricity distribution. These strategies could promote the energy efficiency and the transaction of energy use rights.This research links planning allocation and market regulation, and the example verifies the effectiveness of the method.
