配電變壓器鐵心剪切加工效率優(yōu)化分析

    摘 要:隨著高效節(jié)能型配電變壓器大規(guī)模推廣應(yīng)用,其鐵心剪切加工成為制約變壓器產(chǎn)能提升的瓶頸。對(duì)影響配電變壓器鐵心剪切加工效率的因素進(jìn)行了分析,并從剪切設(shè)備、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)模式等方面提出了對(duì)應(yīng)的優(yōu)化解決方法,為配電變壓器制造廠家對(duì)現(xiàn)有剪切設(shè)備產(chǎn)能優(yōu)化及購(gòu)置新剪切設(shè)備提供了參考。

Optimization Analysis of Shearing Efficiency of the Iron
Core in Distribution Transformer

    Abstract: Energy-efficient distribution transformer applies worldwide, and the technology of iron core shearing hit the bottleneck of production capacity improvement. This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the shearing efficiency of the iron core. In addition, it proposed optimization methods from many aspects, such as the machine of shearing, the structure of product, and the production mode. It provides a reference to the manufacturer of the distribution transformer.
