RCBO各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)程序和國(guó)家差異分析

摘 要：在研究剩余電流動(dòng)作斷路器(RCBO)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)行或適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間的差異和各個(gè)國(guó)家對(duì)該產(chǎn)品的要求差異。從試驗(yàn)程序、在剩余電流條件下動(dòng)作特性試驗(yàn)、短路試驗(yàn)、過(guò)電流脫扣特性試驗(yàn)、額定剩余接通和分?jǐn)嗄芰υ囼?yàn)的差別進(jìn)行研究，幫助RCBO制造商了解不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間的差異和不同國(guó)家對(duì)該產(chǎn)品的要求差異，以便設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的RCBO能滿足相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)家的要求。

Analysis of RCBO Standard Test Procedures Differences and
National Standard Requirements Differences

Abstract: Based on the study of the current and applicable standards of residual current operated circuit-breaker (RCBO) domestic and overseas,this paper analyzed the differences between domestic standards and overseas standards. Moreover, it examined the differences in various national standard requirements of the product. This research focused on the differences in the test procedure, operating characteristic test under residual current condition, short-circuit test, over-current tripping characteristic test, and residual making and breaking capacity test. The results could help the manufacturers of RCBO understand the differences in various standards and assist them get to know the diverse national requirements of the product. Therefore, the RCBO products could meet the demand of corresponding standards and requirements.
