RCBO各標準試驗程序和國家差異分析

摘 要:在研究剩余電流動作斷路器(RCBO)國內外現行或適用標準的基礎上,分析了國內外標準之間的差異和各個國家對該產品的要求差異。從試驗程序、在剩余電流條件下動作特性試驗、短路試驗、過電流脫扣特性試驗、額定剩余接通和分斷能力試驗的差別進行研究,幫助RCBO制造商了解不同標準之間的差異和不同國家對該產品的要求差異,以便設計生產的RCBO能滿足相應標準和國家的要求。

Analysis of RCBO Standard Test Procedures Differences and
National Standard Requirements Differences

Abstract: Based on the study of the current and applicable standards of residual current operated circuit-breaker (RCBO) domestic and overseas,this paper analyzed the differences between domestic standards and overseas standards. Moreover, it examined the differences in various national standard requirements of the product. This research focused on the differences in the test procedure, operating characteristic test under residual current condition, short-circuit test, over-current tripping characteristic test, and residual making and breaking capacity test. The results could help the manufacturers of RCBO understand the differences in various standards and assist them get to know the diverse national requirements of the product. Therefore, the RCBO products could meet the demand of corresponding standards and requirements.
