基于模糊PID算法的隔離開關(guān)電氣操作裝置研究

    摘 要:為驗(yàn)證外接操作桿式隔離開關(guān)操作性能,實(shí)現(xiàn)千次帶載/空載操作開合循環(huán),設(shè)計(jì)了一種智能電氣操作裝置。裝置由升降試驗(yàn)臺(tái)、電機(jī)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)組成,升降試驗(yàn)臺(tái)合理評(píng)估承重及操作過程重心位移,通過液壓調(diào)節(jié)承重鋼結(jié)構(gòu),滿足載重穩(wěn)定需求;電機(jī)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機(jī)適配不同聯(lián)軸轉(zhuǎn)接頭,咬合隔離開關(guān)操作軸,實(shí)現(xiàn)多適用性;電氣控制系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速率及開關(guān)開合位置,采用模糊自整定 PID 控制算法進(jìn)行反饋調(diào)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)位置高精度控制。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該裝置能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)隔離開關(guān)智能電氣控制操作,并在千次試驗(yàn)中控制算法保證了操作可靠性。

    Abstract: This research designs an intelligent electrical operating device to verify the operational performance of an external operating lever disconnector which used to realize thousands of on-load/no-load operation opening and closing cycles. The device consists of a lifting test-bed, electrical power system, and electrical control system. This paper used the lifting test-bed to evaluate load-bearing and center of gravity displacement during operation and adjusted load-bearing steel structure by hydraulic pressure to meet the demand of load stability.The electrical power system employed the servo motor to fit various coupling joints, occlude the operating shaft of isolating switch to realize multi-applicability. The electrical control system stably controlled the motor rotation rate and the opening and closing position of the switch.It used a fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm for feedback regulation and realized high-precision control of the motor rotation position.The test results showed that the device could realize electrical intelligent control operation of the disconnector, and the reliability of the operation was ensured under thousands of experiments.
