基于場景模擬的新疆電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)控系統(tǒng)同步測試技術(shù)研究

    摘 要:安全穩(wěn)定的控制系統(tǒng)是保證電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的重要防線,亟須建立有效的現(xiàn)場測試方法,提高其可靠性。提出了一種仿真測試平臺,采用 4G/5G 無線通信方式,遠(yuǎn)程控制各個廠站的測試終端,實(shí)現(xiàn)基于離線仿真數(shù)據(jù)的同步閉環(huán)測試,將安全穩(wěn)定控制裝置動作出口信號和報文與控制策略關(guān)聯(lián),實(shí)現(xiàn)故障仿真過程與裝置動作結(jié)果的可視化展示和自動檢驗,輔助驗證現(xiàn)場運(yùn)行裝置的控制策略的動態(tài)性能。該仿真測試平臺既保證測試方案與電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行方式高度一致,避免測試人員技術(shù)經(jīng)驗不足引發(fā)的電網(wǎng)安全風(fēng)險,又有效減少了現(xiàn)場測試人員的工作強(qiáng)度。以新疆某地區(qū)電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)為實(shí)例開展試點(diǎn)應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了穩(wěn)控策略的遠(yuǎn)程仿真測試。

Stability and Control System Based on Scenario Simulation

    Abstract: It has great significance to build an effective field test method and improve the reliability of the control system because a security and stability control system is a vital line of defense to ensure the operation of the power grid. This paper proposed a platform for simulation tests. It employed 4G/5G wireless communication to remotely control the test terminals of each plant station and realize the synchronous closed-loop test based on offline simulation data. In addition, it associated the action exit signal and message of the security and stability control device with the control strategy to realize the visual display and automatic inspection of the fault simulation process and the device action result.The visual display and automatic inspection could assist in verifying the dynamic performance of the control strategy of the onsite operating device. The result shows that the platform could ensure the test plan is highly consistent with the grid operation mode, and it could help avoid the grid security risks caused by the lack of technical experience of testers. Besides, the system could effectively reduce the work intensity of the field testers. An experimental application has been carried out with the power grid security and stability control system in a certain area of Xinjiang. Experimental results showed that the security and stability control system realize the remote simulation test.
