變電站安自裝置相繼動作事件分析及預防措施

摘 要:以一起某 110 kV 變電站低頻低壓減載裝置和備自投裝置相繼動作實例為依據(jù),根據(jù)變電站現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控報文及保護裝置動作記錄、潮流分布等信息,分析了故障期間含小電源的變電站內(nèi)低頻低壓減載裝置和備自投保護裝置動作邏輯順序,并提出了低頻低壓減載裝置和備自投保護裝置的動作邏輯優(yōu)化措施,以盡可能減小對電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)及負荷的影響,促進電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的可靠穩(wěn)定運行。

Analysis and Precaution of Sequential Tripping Action of
Automatic Stability Control Device in a Substation

Abstract: This paper took the sequential tripping action of the low-frequency and low-voltage load shedding device and the reserve power automatic input protection device in a 110 kV substation as an example. It proposed optimization measures of the logic of action to reduce the impact on the power system and network load and promote reliable and stable operation after analyzing the logical sequence of the sequential tripping action of the low-frequency and low-voltage load shedding device and the reserve power automatic input protection device based on information from substation monitoring reports, an action record of the protective device, the power flow distribution, etc. It also proposed optimization measures of the logic of action to reduce the impact on the power system and network load and promote reliable and stable operation.
