船用斷路器抗振動性能研究

    摘 要:由于工作環(huán)境的特殊性,船用斷路器不可避免地會受到艦船螺旋槳周期旋轉(zhuǎn)等引起的振動載荷。采用有限元法建立了整個斷路器系統(tǒng)在振動作用下的有限元動力學模型,并通過加載真實的振動載荷,對斷路器進行動力響應分析。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,對斷路器整體結(jié)構強度和是否發(fā)生誤動作出評價,找出斷路器結(jié)構敏感薄弱位置及變化規(guī)律,并對此進行了結(jié)構優(yōu)化設計。

Study on Vibration Resistance of Marine Circuit Breaker

    Abstract: It is inevitable that the marine circuit breaker will be affected by vibration load caused by ship propeller periodic rotation because of its special working environment. The finite element method is applied to build a finite element dynamic model when the whole circuit breaker system is under vibration, and dynamic response of the circuit breaker is analyzed by loading real vibration load. The authors,according to the analyzed results, evaluate the overall structural strength of the circuit breaker and the occurrence of misoperation, find out the sensitive weak position of the circuit breaker structure and their variation laws, and optimize structural design of marine circuit breakers.
