    摘 要:介紹了低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn) IEC 61439-1:2020 與 IEC 61439-1:2011 的主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)和要求的差異。新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明確了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的使用范圍,給出了關(guān)于電擊防護(hù)的 Ⅰ 類和 Ⅱ 類成套設(shè)備的概念,增加了成套設(shè)備內(nèi)電路的組額定電流的介紹,并重新關(guān)注這一新特性的溫升驗(yàn)證,產(chǎn)品性能及部分試驗(yàn)要求均有所修改。通過(guò)對(duì)新舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差異的介紹,使國(guó)內(nèi)低壓成套設(shè)備制造商和用戶對(duì) IEC 61439-1:2020 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有更全面的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解,為產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、制造、驗(yàn)證以及出口提供指導(dǎo)幫助。

Main Technical Differences Between IEC 61439-1:2020 and IEC 61439-1:2011

    Abstract: The paper introduces the differences of main technical indicators and requirements between IEC 61439-1:2020 and IEC 61439-1:2011 which are international standards for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies. The new standard confirms its range of application, makes concepts of Class I and Class II complete equipment for protection against electrical shock, introduces rating current of the circuit for complete equipment,refocuses on temperature rise verification with new characteristic, and modifies some product performance and test requirements. The introduction of main differences between the new and old version will make domestic manufacturers and users of low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies have more complete understanding of the new standard, and provide guidance of product design, manufacturing, verification and export.
