一起330 kV變壓器繞組電阻異常原因分析及處理

    摘 要:針對(duì)一起 330 kV 電力變壓器繞組直流電阻測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)異常的缺陷,對(duì)繞組分段測(cè)試,通過(guò)相間數(shù)據(jù)橫比和歷史數(shù)據(jù)縱比計(jì)算,分析和判斷異常原因,準(zhǔn)確研判出缺陷具體部位。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)缺陷進(jìn)行檢修處理,驗(yàn)證了分析方法的正確性及判斷的準(zhǔn)確性,并提出了預(yù)防此類故障的措施,提高了變壓器運(yùn)行的可靠性。

Resistance of a 330 kV Transformer

    Abstract: As the abnormal test data of winding DC resistance of a 330 kV transformer occurs, the winding is tested in a segmented way to analyze the reason for the abnormal data. Through making horizontal comparison of phase data and vertical comparison of historical data, the paper finds out the specific defect parts accurately. The correctness of this analysis method and the accuracy of judgment are verified by onsite inspection of defect parts, and preventive measures of this kind of faults are put forward to improve the reliability of transformer operation.
