并聯(lián)諧振感應(yīng)加熱電源控制技術(shù)的研究

    摘 要:針對(duì)感應(yīng)加熱過程中負(fù)載諧振頻率不斷變化的問題以及功率調(diào)節(jié)的需要,通過對(duì)并聯(lián)諧振逆變器的工作原理進(jìn)行分析,提出了一種并聯(lián)諧振感應(yīng)加熱電源中直流軟斬波功率調(diào)節(jié)與定角鎖相環(huán)頻率跟蹤的控制方法,并對(duì)控制電路進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。該控制技術(shù)使逆變器開關(guān)管一直工作在 ZVS 狀態(tài),降低了功率器件的開關(guān)損耗,提高了中頻加熱的工作效率,使系統(tǒng)的電磁干擾和電磁兼容性能得到改善,讓逆變電路始終工作在小容性狀態(tài)。

Research on Control Technique of Parallel Resonant
Induction Heating Power Supply

    Abstract: The load resonant frequency constantly changes and the power needs to be regulated in the process of induction heating. After making analysis of the working principle of parallel resonance converter, the paper puts forward the control method of regulating DC soft chopper and tracking the fixed-angle phase-locked loop frequency of the parallel resonant induction heating power supply, and designs the control circuit This control technique can make the inverter switching tube keeping working under the ZVS state, which decreases the switching loss of power devices and increases work efficiency of the medium frequency induction heating to improve electromagnetic interference and EMC performance and make inverter circuit keeping working under the small capacitive current state.
