變電站開關(guān)柜附柜的結(jié)構(gòu)設計與應用

    摘 要:隨著電網(wǎng)負荷的逐年增加,開關(guān)柜發(fā)熱問題愈發(fā)突出。分析了現(xiàn)有開關(guān)柜散熱故障問題,設計了一種讓內(nèi)部空氣循環(huán)對流的開關(guān)柜附柜,并對開關(guān)柜改造原理及改造技術(shù)方案進行了闡述。實際應用案例表明,該開關(guān)柜附柜可以實現(xiàn)快速降溫降壓,避免溫度壓力異常產(chǎn)生短路爆炸故障對人身造成的傷害和設備損壞,降低了電力人員巡檢次數(shù),提高了變電站設備運維管理水平。

Structural Design and Application of Auxiliary Cabinet of
Switchgear in the Substation

    Abstract: As the network load increases year by year, the heating of the switchgear is becoming more and more prominent. According to the fault of heat dissipation, an auxiliary cabinet of switchgear which allows internal air convective circulation is designed and the paper also describes its reformation principle and technical plan. The application cases show that the auxiliary cabinet of switchgear can achieve fast cooling and voltage reduction to avoid short-circuit exploration caused by abnormal temperature and voltage, which does harm to people and equipments. Moreover, the application of this auxiliary cabinet can reduce the number of inspection and improve the operation and management of substation apparatus.
