    摘 要:為了實現(xiàn)“碳達(dá)峰”、“碳中和”的目標(biāo),環(huán)保氣體絕緣開關(guān)柜的市場需求量在日益增加。介紹了一種 12 kV 環(huán)保氣體絕緣開關(guān)柜,通過采用一種潔凈氣體(干燥空氣或氮氣)代替六氟化硫(SF6)作為絕緣介質(zhì),搭配真空斷路器實現(xiàn)開關(guān)設(shè)備的滅弧與絕緣。通過優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),統(tǒng)一三工位開關(guān)和斷路器組合方式,實現(xiàn)中壓氣體絕緣開關(guān)柜結(jié)構(gòu)的更加合理性和電氣絕緣系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化效果,該產(chǎn)品為減少環(huán)境污染,早日實現(xiàn)“碳中和”目標(biāo)提供了助力。

Design of 12 kV Environmental-Friendly Gas Insulated Switchgear

    Abstract: Under the circumstance of “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality”, the demand for environmental-friendly gas insulated switchgears in the market is rising. The paper introduces a 12 kV environmental-friendly gas insulated switchgear which uses a kind of clean gas (dry air or Nitrogen gas) to replace SF6 as the insulating medium to realize its arc quenching and insulation with the help of the vacuum circuit breaker. The optimization of product structure and the union of combing three position switches with circuit breakers make the medium-voltage gas-insulated switchgear structure more reasonable and electrical insulation system better. This product is good for reducing environmental pollution and realizing the goal of “carbon neutrality” at an early date.
