電力機(jī)車逆變器抗擾控制策略仿真研究

    摘 要:為提高電力機(jī)車的穩(wěn)定性和調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的快速性,優(yōu)化面對(duì)突發(fā)情況時(shí)的抗擾控制性能,提出了一種逆變器抗擾控制策略。將自抗擾控制器置于速度環(huán)中,來(lái)代替矢量控制中的 PID 控制器,使用自抗擾控制技術(shù)能夠改善電力機(jī)車的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng),優(yōu)化對(duì)逆變器的控制效果。在理論基礎(chǔ)上完成基于某八軸機(jī)車實(shí)際參數(shù)的離線仿真和半實(shí)物仿真,驗(yàn)證了此抗擾策略的優(yōu)化效果,極大地縮短了機(jī)車調(diào)速的過(guò)渡時(shí)間,降低了超調(diào)量,增強(qiáng)了魯棒性并減小了穩(wěn)態(tài)誤差。

Simulation Research on Disturbance Rejection Control Strategy for
Electric Locomotive Inverters

    Abstract: In order to increase the stability of electric locomotives, the speediness of governing system and the performance of disturbance rejection in case of emergencies, the paper proposes the disturbance rejection control strategy for inverters. In the paper, the auto disturbance rejection controller is placed in the speed loop to replace the PID controller of the vector control. The auto disturbance rejection control technology is able to improve the dynamic response of electric locomotives and optimize the control effect of inverters. Then, the off-line simulation and semi-physical simulation of an eight-axle locomotive’s actual parameters are completed on the theoretical basis to verify the optimization effect of this disturbance strategy. It is found that this strategy shortens transition time of the locomotive speed regulation, reduces the overshoot, enhances the robustness and decreases the steady error.
