環(huán)保型氣體在充氣柜中應(yīng)用分析與研究

    摘 要:六氟化硫 (SF6) 氣體電氣性能良好,但其溫室效應(yīng)嚴(yán)重,使用受到很大限制。通過試驗數(shù)據(jù)對比分析了 SF6、N2 及干燥空氣的理化特性、絕緣性能、分解特性、溫升效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)干燥空氣絕緣性能比N2 高 10%,但溫升效果略低于 N2,而 N2 溫升值比 SF6 溫升值高 10 K 左右。并對比分析了新型環(huán)保氣體 C4-PFN 和 C5-PFK 的理化特性,研究了二者及其混合氣體的溫升性能及分解特性,給出了各自的應(yīng)用合。指出新型環(huán)保氣體絕緣性能優(yōu)良,具有良好的應(yīng)用前景,但存在液化溫度高、成本高等問題,對于最佳混合比、氣體分子間協(xié)同作用有待進一步研究。

Analysis and Research on the Application of Environment-
Friendly Gas in Filled Cabinets

    Abstract: SF6 gas has great electrical property but with serious greenhouse effect, so its application is limited. This paper makes comparative experiment on SF6, N2 and dry air to analyze their physicochemical properties, insulation performance, decomposition characteristics and temperature rise effects. The insulation performance of dry air is 10% higher than that of N2, but its temperature rise effectis slightly lower than that of N2, while the temperature rise value of N2 is about 10 K higher than that of SF6. The comparative analysis is carried out on the physicochemical properties of C4-PFN and C5-PFK, and the temperature rise performance and decomposition characteristics of both gases and their mixed gas are also studied. Besides, their respective applications are also shown in the paper. Finally, it points out that the newly environment-friendly gases have excellent insulation performance and great application prospects, but problems such as high liquefaction temperature and high cost exist. Therefore, the optimal mixing ratio and the synergy between gas molecules still need to be further analyzed.
