變電站預制艙式高壓室結構研究與應用

    摘 要:建成后的傳統(tǒng)變電站高壓室結構單一,缺少防塵保溫、運行環(huán)境控制、設備監(jiān)視等功能。提出一種新型的變電站預制艙式高壓室結構,該結構的設備艙體與電氣設備在設備廠完成安裝調試后到達現場快速拼裝,實現節(jié)約建設成本,提高建設效率的目的,通過在密閉的艙體內增加通風系統(tǒng)與空調系統(tǒng),艙體采用保溫隔熱材料,并在開關柜前后設置巡視機器人及其運行軌道,實現預制艙防塵保溫、運行環(huán)境控制、設備監(jiān)視等功能,為電力設備提供良好的運行環(huán)境,也為檢修維護工作提供便利。經 110 kV 同福站的實際應用,驗證了該結構的實用性和有效性。

Research and Application of a Prefabricated-Cabin Type High-Voltage
Chamber Structure for the Substation

    Abstract: The traditional substation has the single-structured high-voltage chamber which lacks functions like dust prevention, heat preservation,operation environment control, equipment monitoring and so on. The paper proposes a new prefabricated-cabin type high-voltage chamber structure for the substation. The cabin and electrical equipments of this structure first can be installed and debugged in the equipment factory, and then be assembled rapidly when arriving at the site, which realizing the goal of saving construction costs and improving construction efficiency. Through adding ventilation system and air conditioning system in the closed cabin, using the thermal insulation material to produce the cabin, setting patrol robots and their running tracks in front of and behind the switch cabinet, this high-voltage chamber can have functions like dust prevention, heat preservation, operation environment control, equipment monitoring and so on. It provides not only great operation environment for power equipments, but also convenience for repair and maintenance. The application in 110 kV Tongfu station verifies the practical effectiveness of this structure.
