    摘 要:為了充分發(fā)揮含高滲透率分布式電源主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)主動(dòng)管理和控制的優(yōu)勢(shì),避免實(shí)際功率消耗與用電調(diào)度計(jì)劃偏差過大造成運(yùn)行成本提高的問題,提出了基于模型預(yù)測控制的主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)控制方法。以控制中心下達(dá)的日內(nèi)調(diào)度指令為目標(biāo),以用戶的功率消耗為控制對(duì)象,以動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)電價(jià)為控制量,構(gòu)建了模型預(yù)測控制的模型,使各用戶均根據(jù)本地調(diào)度計(jì)劃運(yùn)行。仿真結(jié)果表明,模型預(yù)測控制器可以有效地控制用戶消耗的功率跟蹤調(diào)度計(jì)劃,證明了基于模型預(yù)測控制的主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)控制方法的可行性和有效性。

Active Distribution Network Coordinated Control Method
Based on the Model Predictive Control

    Abstract: In order to give full play to the advantages of active management and control of active distribution network with high-penetration rate of distributed generations, and to avoid higher operating costs caused by excessive deviation between actual power consumption and scheduling plan, the paper proposes an active distribution network coordinated control method based on the model predictive control.To realize the goal of intra-day scheduling instructed by the control center, the paper, taking users’ power consumption as the controlled objects,makes the dynamic real-time electricity price as the control variable to build a model predictive control model, so all the users can operate according to the local scheduling plan. According to the simulation results, the model predictive controller can effectively control the power track scheduling plan consumed by users, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of active distribution network coordinated control method based on the model predictive control.
