摘 要:針對現(xiàn)有電涌保護(hù)器(SPD)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及可靠性問題,對SPD結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),并給出了脫離器、低溫材料及插拔結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)方案。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)的結(jié)構(gòu)從原理上解決了浪涌保護(hù)器脫離器動作不平衡問題,提高了SPD產(chǎn)品熱穩(wěn)定性,增強(qiáng)了短路短時(shí)耐受能力,減少了故障的發(fā)生,且提高了SPD模塊更換的便捷性。

Improvement of Reliability for Low-Voltage Surge Protective Device

Abstract: Aiming at the existing surge protector device (SPD) structure characteristic and reliability problem, this article proposed a new structure for improvement and presented the improved design scheme for separator, low temperature material and inserting and pulling structure. The test result shows that the improved structure has solved the operating imbalance problem of surge protector device separator in theory, which enhances thermal stability of SPD product, reinforces capability of short-circuit short time endurance, reducing the failure, and improves convenience of changing SPD module.
