    摘 要:動(dòng)穩(wěn)定是中壓開關(guān)設(shè)備必須具備的基本功能,動(dòng)穩(wěn)定測(cè)試過程中,如果動(dòng)靜觸指之間的摩擦力及操作機(jī)構(gòu)的合閘保持力無法將動(dòng)靜觸指可靠地保持在接地合閘位置,動(dòng)觸指就會(huì)被短路電流產(chǎn)生的電動(dòng)力斥開而發(fā)生熔焊甚至燃弧。借助于有限元分析,研究了動(dòng)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)生機(jī)理,解析帶電導(dǎo)體受電動(dòng)力作用的根本原因,提出一種新的解決接地開關(guān)動(dòng)穩(wěn)定的方法,用開口導(dǎo)磁環(huán)調(diào)控動(dòng)觸指的磁場(chǎng)分布,以達(dá)到降低動(dòng)觸指受到的電動(dòng)力的目的。

A Method of Regulating the Magnetic Field to Solve the
Stability of Grounding Switch

    Abstract: Dynamic stability is the basic function that medium voltage switchgear must have, in the process of dynamic stability test, if the friction between the dynamic and static contact fingers and the closing holding force of the operating mechanism cannot reliably keep the dynamic and static contact fingers in the grounding and closing position, the moving contact fingers will be repelled by the electrodynamic force generated by the short-circuit current and fusion welding or even arcing will occur. With the help of finite element analysis, this paper studies the mechanism of dynamic stability, analyzes the root cause of the electrodynamic action of the charged conductor, and proposes a new method to solve the dynamic stability of the grounding switch, and uses the open magnetic ring to regulate the magnetic field distribution of the moving finger, so as to reduce the electrodynamic force of the moving finger.
