    摘 要:在“雙碳”和“能耗雙控”的大背景下,為了優(yōu)化能源結構,科學配置能源要素,協(xié)調(diào)用能控制和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈客戶群碳排放量的獲取方法,設置了用能單位的碳排放等級評判機制,規(guī)定了用能權交易的初始指標分配標準,并設計了相應的用能權交易市場。通過整理分析某市本土“泵與電機”產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游客戶群各用能單位的能耗數(shù)據(jù),得到碳流情況、碳排放等級評價結果以及用能權配額設置,驗證了所提理論的可行性和有效性。

Research on Carbon Flow Analysis in Industrial Chain and
Energy Consumption Permit Trading

    Abstract: In the context of“dual carbon”and“dual control of energy consumption”, in order to optimize the energy structure, scientifically allocate energy elements, and coordinate energy control and economic development, this paper studies the method of obtaining carbon emissions of industrial chain customer groups, sets up the carbon emission grade evaluation mechanism of energy-using units, stipulates the initial index allocation standard of energy consumption permit trading, and designs the corresponding energy consumption permit trading market. At the same time, by collating and analyzing the energy consumption data of each energy-using unit of the upstream and downstream customer groups of the local“pump and motor”industry chain in a city, the carbon flow, carbon emission grade evaluation results and energy consumption permit quota setting are obtained, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed theory.
