    摘 要:為了推進綜合能源系統(tǒng)的綠色低碳轉(zhuǎn)型,提出了考慮柔性負荷與階梯碳交易機制的綜合能源優(yōu)化調(diào)度策略。在系統(tǒng)運行成本方面,將需求側(cè)負荷分為基礎(chǔ)負荷與柔性負荷兩部分,并且引入了需求響應(yīng)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)運行;在低碳層面,建立了階梯碳交易模型對系統(tǒng)碳排放進行了約束,并在建?;A(chǔ)上,提出了以運行總成本與碳交易成本之和最低為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的優(yōu)化調(diào)度策略。對建立的模型線性化后過 CPLEX 求解,通過構(gòu)建 4 個不同場景對比分析,驗證了所提策略的有效性。

    Abstract: In order to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the comprehensive energy system, a comprehensive energy optimal scheduling strategy considering flexible load and stepped carbon trading mechanism is proposed. Firstly, in terms of system operation cost, the demand side load is divided into two parts: base load and flexible load, and the demand response optimization system operation is introduced. Secondly, at the low-carbon level, a stepped carbon trading model is established to constrain the carbon emissions of the system.Finally, based on the modeling, an optimal scheduling strategy with the lowest sum of total operating cost and carbon trading cost as the objective function is proposed. The established model is linearized and solved by CPLEX, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by constructing four different scenarios for comparative analysis.
