全壽命周期成本在配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:為將全壽命周期成本(LCC)應(yīng)用于配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的實(shí)際工作中,綜合考慮了資金的時(shí)間價(jià)值、設(shè)備故障率的浴盤曲線及負(fù)荷變化對(duì)LCC的影響,從設(shè)備級(jí)和系統(tǒng)級(jí)兩個(gè)層面建立配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的LCC計(jì)算模型。分析了LCC中的可靠性成本,在評(píng)估配電網(wǎng)可靠性的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)計(jì)算缺電成本來(lái)量化系統(tǒng)停電損失。以RBTS-Bus2系統(tǒng)為例驗(yàn)證了所提出方法的有效性。

Application of Full Life-Cycle Cost in Power Distribution Network Planning

Abstract: In order to apply full life-cycle cost (LCC) in practical work of power distribution network planning, this paper comprehensively considered time value of the funds, bath basin curve of equipment fault rate and impacts of load change on LCC. From two layers of equipment level and system level, LCC calculation model of power distribution network planning was established. Reliability cost in LCC was analyzed. On the basis of power distribution network reliability estimation, the losses of system’s power cut were calculated via calculation of power shortage cost. The actual example, RBTS-Bus2 system has verified the validity of the raised method.
