白鶴灘百萬試驗定子鐵心真機(jī)模型安裝工藝研究

摘 要： 介紹了白鶴灘百萬機(jī)組定子鐵心真機(jī)模型在實驗平臺上的安裝工藝，分析了百萬機(jī)組定子鐵心安裝整個工藝過程，通過模擬真機(jī)實際安裝條件完成機(jī)組整機(jī)安裝后對真機(jī)模型進(jìn)行通風(fēng)溫升實驗，得出機(jī)組穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的各項數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)，經(jīng)驗證真機(jī)模型各項性能指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了國際先進(jìn)水平。

Installation Technological Process Study on Stator Iron Core Prototype Model of Baiheta Million Tests

Abstract: Introduction was made to the installation technological process of the stator iron core prototype model of Baiheta million tests on the experimental platform, and analysis was made to the whole installation technological process of the stator iron core of million machine set. The actual installation conditions of prototype machine were simulated to complete machine set installation, and experiments of ventilation and temperature rise were carried out for the prototype model, to obtain each item data index of machine set stable running. After verification, each item performance index of the model reached the international advanced level.
