某新型塑殼斷路器擴(kuò)容可行性分析及驗(yàn)證

摘 要:分析了某新型塑殼斷路器由250A殼架擴(kuò)容到320A殼架的可行性,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)額定電流發(fā)熱、電壽命以及短路分?jǐn)嗄芰M(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,擴(kuò)容后斷路器必須保證熱脫扣時(shí)間且轉(zhuǎn)子、罩殼等關(guān)鍵零件要改用耐熱能力更好的材料。

Capacity Expansion Feasibility Analysis and Verification of Certain New Type of Molded Case Circuit Breaker

Abstract: Analysis was made to the feasibility of certain new type of molded case circuit breaker with case frame expanded from 250 A to 320 A. According to the analysis result, test and verification was carried out for rated current heating, electrical life and short circuit breaking capacity. Test data shows that after capacity expansion, the circuit breaker has to ensure the thermal tripping time, at the same time the rotor, case cover etc key parts have to use better heat-resisting materials.
