電壓二次回路整改對(duì)同期裝置的影響

摘 要: 介紹了同期裝置的主要功能及特點(diǎn),給出了同期裝置的主機(jī)、顯示面板、選線器連接系統(tǒng)。描述了同期裝置的檢查情況,并通過(guò)對(duì)廣西某水利樞紐一起同期裝置不能同期合閘故障原因進(jìn)行分析,說(shuō)明在進(jìn)行電站、變電所二次設(shè)備初設(shè)期間,就應(yīng)當(dāng)結(jié)合《防止電力生產(chǎn)重大事故的二十五項(xiàng)反措( 繼電保護(hù))》及《電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)及安全自動(dòng)裝置反事故措施要點(diǎn)》進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),確保設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及相關(guān)二次回路接線正確無(wú)誤,避免同類事件發(fā)生。

Impacts of Rectification of Secondary Circuit on Synchronizing Device

Abstract: Introduction was made to main functions and characteristics of the synchronizing device, whose connection system consisted of mainframe, display panel and route selection device. This paper described the inspection conditions of the synchronizing device in detail and analyzed the failure cause of synchronizing switching in of Guangxi water conservancy hinge with the synchronizing device. The result shows that during the early period of design for secondary equipment in power station or substation, designers ought to consider “to prevent power major accidents in the twenty-five countermeasures (relay protection)” and “countermeasure points of electric power system relay protection and automatic safety device against accidents”, to ensure the correctness of design papers and the related wiring connection of secondary circuits.
