HHT算法在電力系統(tǒng)低頻振蕩模態(tài)辨識中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:針對電力系統(tǒng)低頻振蕩信號的非線性、非平穩(wěn)特征,提出了一種新的處理方法——希爾伯特-黃變換(HHT)。該方法能夠克服傳統(tǒng)分析難以處理非平穩(wěn)信號的缺點;利用其中的經(jīng)驗?zāi)B(tài)分解(EMD)對信號模態(tài)分量的有效分離,對分量進行Hilbert變換,得到相應(yīng)的參量。通過計算實現(xiàn)對振蕩信號的模態(tài)參數(shù)的辨識與提取,因此該方法能夠應(yīng)用到阻尼控制器的設(shè)計中。仿真結(jié)果表明該控制器能有效地抑制電力系統(tǒng)低頻振蕩,提高了系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定性。

Application of Hilbert Huang Transform Algorithm for Model Identification of Low Frequency Oscillation in Power Systems

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of nonlinear and non-stationary of low frequency oscillation signal in power system, this paper raised a kind of new method, Hilbert-Huang transform, which overcame the shortcoming that it was difficult for traditional analysis to deal with non-stationary signals. The empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method was used to decompose the low frequency oscillation signals and then carried out Hilbert transform for each model component to get corresponding parameters. The model parameters of oscillation signals were identified and extracted by calculation, so this method could be used for the damping controller design. The simulation results show that the controller can restrain low frequency oscillation of power system effectively, improving the safety and stability of the system.
