摘 要:基于ZigBee技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了一種實(shí)時(shí)在線無線測溫系統(tǒng),用于高壓開關(guān)柜母線排、接線頭的溫度監(jiān)測。介紹了測溫系統(tǒng)的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)及常用的高壓開關(guān)柜測溫方式。系統(tǒng)由溫度傳感器DS18B20采集溫度,溫度采集器利用ZigBee無線組網(wǎng)技術(shù)將處理后的溫度數(shù)據(jù)傳輸至數(shù)據(jù)集中器,后者利用現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)與監(jiān)控中心計(jì)算機(jī)互聯(lián),實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測。該系統(tǒng)已在供電公司實(shí)際運(yùn)行兩年,結(jié)果證明運(yùn)行安全可靠。

Wireless Intelligent Temperature-Measuring System for High-Voltage Switchgear Based on ZigBee Technology

Abstract: A kind of real-time on-line wireless temperature measuring system was designed based on ZigBee technology. The system was used to monitor the temperature of high-voltage switchgear bus bars and connector lugs. Introduction was made to the software and hardware design of the measuring system and commonly used high-voltage switchgear temperature-measuring methods. The system used temperature sensor DS18B20 to collect temperature data and the temperature collector used ZigBee wireless networking technology to transmit the processed temperature data to data centralizer. The latter used field bus technology to make internet with the monitoring center computer, to have realized real-time, on-line monitoring. The system has had run two years in power supply company actually, the result proves that the system is safe and reliable.
