基于相似性原則的配電網(wǎng)開關(guān)機械卡澀試驗裝置研制

摘 要:以LabVIEW和Matlab為平臺,研制了一套配電網(wǎng)開關(guān)機械卡澀試驗裝置,利用振動信號識別開關(guān)機械卡澀故障。核心算法為基于相似性原則和小波包分解的綜合辨識比向量法。配網(wǎng)開關(guān)分、合閘試驗數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果與開關(guān)實際狀態(tài)相吻合,表明該裝置對于判斷配電網(wǎng)開關(guān)是否機械卡澀故障具有良好的效果。

Research of Switch Mechanical Structure Fault Testing Apparatus for Distribution System Based on Similarity Principle

Abstract: This paper designed a set of switch mechanical structure fault testing apparatus for distribution system in the environment of LabVIEW and Matlab. The testing apparatus used vibration signal to identify switch mechanical structure fault. The key algorithm was the integrated identification-rate vector method based on wavelet packet decomposition with similarity principle. The simulative analysis result from field distribution switch on/off signals wave is coincided with the actual state, thus the apparatus can offer satisfying effect for judging distribution switch mechanical structure fault.
