變頻調(diào)速節(jié)能裝置在液氨泵上的應(yīng)用

摘 要:針對(duì)液氨泵液力變矩器的機(jī)械磨損、老化和速度調(diào)節(jié)滯后的問題,提出利用中壓變頻調(diào)速裝置取代原有的液力變距器調(diào)速方式,給出了變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)配置及控制原理。實(shí)際運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明:改造后的系統(tǒng)克服了傳統(tǒng)裝置的缺陷,保證了生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性,提高了設(shè)備可靠性,且能夠節(jié)省運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益可觀。

Application of Variable Frequency Speed Regulation Energy Saving Device in Ammonia Pump

Abstract: Aiming at mechanical wearing, ageing and speed regulation delay problems of hydrodynamic torque converter in ammonia pump, this paper raised to use the medium voltage variable frequency speed regulation device to replace the existing hydrodynamic torque converter speed regulation method, giving the configuration and control principle of variable frequency speed regulation system. Actual running result shows that the rebuilt system overcomes defects of traditional device, to have ensured continuity of production, to have improved equipment reliability, with operation cost saved and plentiful economic benefits.
