組態(tài)控制在動熱穩(wěn)定試驗裝置中的應用

摘 要：利用工控組態(tài)王軟件與可編程序邏輯控制器(PLC)實現(xiàn)動熱穩(wěn)定試驗裝置的控制。介紹了該試驗裝置的組成、組態(tài)過程、組態(tài)軟件的運行環(huán)境，并通過組態(tài)軟件與PLC的通信實現(xiàn)對試驗電流的自動控制。該試驗裝置經(jīng)過實踐表明，組態(tài)控制具有性能穩(wěn)定可靠、界面友好、試驗參數(shù)設定方便、操作簡便等優(yōu)點。

Application of Configuration Control in Dynamic Thermal Stability Test Device

Abstract: The industry-controlled configuration software and programmable logic controller (PLC) were used to realize the control of dynamic thermal stability test device. Introduction was made to the composition of test device, the configuration process, the operating environment of configuration software. The communication between configuration software and PLC was utilized to realize automatic control of testing current. Practice shows that this device is user-friendly and its test parameters are also easy to set. It is a kind of easily-operated test device because of its stable and reliable configuration control.
