一種Halbach永磁平面電機(jī)陣列磁場分析

摘 要:介紹了一種應(yīng)用于高精度平面電機(jī)的新型Halbach磁陣列的基本結(jié)構(gòu),并通過建立相應(yīng)的解析數(shù)學(xué)模型,對此種磁陣列的磁場進(jìn)行了精確的解析分析,得出了相應(yīng)的解析公式。該方法能夠取代繁瑣耗時(shí)的三維有限元計(jì)算,并且具有精度高、易實(shí)現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn)。通過與有限元法進(jìn)行比較,對比結(jié)果證明了本解析法的正確性,為高精度平面電機(jī)磁場計(jì)算提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。

Magnet Field Array Analysis of a Kind of Halbach Permanent Magnet Planar Motor

Abstract: Introduction was made to the fundamental structure of a new type of Halbach permanent magnet array which was applied in high accuracy planar motor and accurate analytical analysis was made to the magnet field of this kind of permanent magnet array by setting up the relevant analytical mathematic model to get the corresponding analytical formulas. This method could replace time-consuming triaxiality finite element calculation with features of high accuracy and easy implementation. The results of comparison with the finite element method prove that this analytical method is validity, providing definite, theoretical basis for the calculation of high accuracy planar motor.
