勵(lì)磁變壓器故障原因分析與防范措施

摘 要: 對(duì)近年來勵(lì)磁變壓器所發(fā)生的故障進(jìn)行歸類,通過一些實(shí)例列出了電流互感器(CT)故障、測(cè)溫點(diǎn)故障、進(jìn)水接地故障、接頭發(fā)熱故障、線圈內(nèi)部發(fā)生短路故障、其他混合型絕緣故障等故障類型,分析了產(chǎn)生這些故障的原因,并制定了相應(yīng)的防范措施,確保機(jī)組安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

Failure Analysis and Prevention Measures of Excitation Transformer

Abstract: The excitation transformer faults in recent years were classified. This paper gave current transformer (CT) fault, fault at the point of temperature measurement, ground fault because of wetting, coupling head heating fault, short circuit fault inside excitation transformer coil and other mixed type insulated fault via some examples. Analysis was made to the above causes and
the corresponding preventive measures were set down to ensure safe and stable operation of the generator sets.
