V法鑄造在高壓電器鋁筒體生產(chǎn)上的應(yīng)用

摘 要:介紹了利用V 法鑄造工藝,使用中頻感應(yīng)爐加精煉爐熔煉,采用底注開(kāi)放式雙澆道的澆注系統(tǒng),來(lái)生產(chǎn)高壓電器大型鋁筒體,分析了不同工藝參數(shù)對(duì)鑄造鋁筒體的影響。通過(guò)批量生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,為今后使用V 法鑄造生產(chǎn)鋁筒體提供了技術(shù)支持。

Application of V Method Casting in High Voltage Electric Apparatus Aluminum Cylinder Production

Abstract: Introduction was made to that the high voltage electrical apparatus large-sized aluminum cylinder was produced by using V method casting technology , melting in medium frequency induction oven plus fining oven and adopting bottom pouring open type double pouring path pouring system. Analysis was made to the impacts of different technological parameters on casting aluminum cylinder. Batch production test verification has passed, which provides technical support for using V method to cast aluminum cylinder in the future.
