高壓變頻器同步投切功能的研究

摘 要: 介紹了高壓變頻同步投切系統(tǒng)主回路的基本原理及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,給出了同步切換流程及其保護(hù)邏輯,切換時(shí)利用軟件鎖相環(huán)技術(shù)調(diào)整變頻器輸出電壓與電網(wǎng)電壓的相位、幅值、頻率一致,然后通過可編程控制器及自動(dòng)開關(guān)完成變頻與工頻間的切換,試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性,具有較高的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Study of High-Voltage Inverter Synchronous Switching Function

Abstract: Introduction was made to the basic principle and realizing method of main circuit of high-voltage inverter synchronous switching system. This paper gave the synchronous switching flow chart and its protective logic. On switching, by using software phase-locked loop technique, inverter output voltage was adjusted, as well as the grid voltage phase, amplitude, frequency in uniformity, then the switching between inverter and power was accomplished by the PLC and automatic switch. The test has verified the feasibility of the method, with higher site application value.
