摘 要: 與傳統(tǒng)的兩電平變換器相比,多電平變換器輸出電平數(shù)增加,輸出波形階梯增多,更加接近目標(biāo)調(diào)制波。分析了三相三電平三開(kāi)關(guān)VIENNA 整流器的工作原理,介紹了電路的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,給出了主電路及采樣電路的設(shè)計(jì)。搭建了一個(gè)800 W 的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),利用TMS320F2812 DSP 來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)控制算法。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的電路能滿足預(yù)定的要求,在工業(yè)控制中應(yīng)用前景廣闊。

Design and Realization of Three-Phase/Level/Switch (VIENNA) Rectifier

Abstract: Compared with the traditional two-level converter, the output level number of multi-level converter increases and the output waveform ladder increases, so it is more close to the target modulated waves. This paper analyzed the working principle of a threephase/level/switch (VIENNA) rectifier, discussed the implementation of the circuit, and introduced the design of the main circuit and sampling circuit in detail. An 800W experimental platform was built. TMS320F281 2 DSP was used to realize the control algorithm. Experimental results show that the designed circuit can meet the preconcerted requirements in possession of wide prospect for application of industrial control.
