摘 要: 介紹了紫外檢測(cè)、紅外熱像檢測(cè)等帶電檢測(cè)技術(shù)和泄漏電流在線監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)在變電站設(shè)備帶電水沖洗過程中的應(yīng)用情況;通過紫外圖譜、紅外熱像圖及泄漏電流監(jiān)測(cè)值的對(duì)比,分析了變電站設(shè)備帶電水沖洗技術(shù)的安全性和有效性。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,利用帶電檢測(cè)及在線監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)帶電水沖洗的全過程監(jiān)控,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)被沖洗設(shè)備的外絕緣狀態(tài),建議在變電站設(shè)備帶電水沖洗過程中推廣應(yīng)用此類檢測(cè)技術(shù)手段。

Application of Online Monitoring and Live Test Technologies in Live Water Washing for Substation Equipment

Abstract: Introduction was made to the application situation of ultraviolet test, infrared thermography test etc live test technologies and leakage current online monitoring test technology in live water washing process of substation equipment. Via comparison of ultraviolet image, infrared thermal image and leakage current measured values, this paper analyzed the safety and validity of live water washing technology of substation equipment. Application result shows that using live test and online monitoring technologies can realize whole journey online monitoring of live water washing and detect the external insulation state of equipment being washed in real time. This paper suggested popularizing application of such test technical means in live water washing process of substation equipment.
