SCS-500E裝置在陜南電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：結(jié)合陜南電網(wǎng)地理接線圖，分析了陜南電網(wǎng)突出的安全穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題，建立了陜南電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)，介紹了基于SCS-500E分布式穩(wěn)定控制裝置的系統(tǒng)組成及各站功能，并闡述了系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)。經(jīng)成功投運(yùn)后，該系統(tǒng)提高了陜南電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行水平，對(duì)預(yù)防系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)重事故的發(fā)生起到了重要作用。

Application of SCS-500E Device in Southern Shanxi Power Grid Safe and Stable Control System

Abstract: Combined with Southern Shanxi power grid geology wiring diagram, this paper analyzed the outstanding safe and stable problems in Southern Shanxi power grid and established the Southern Shanxi power grid safe and stable control system. Introduction was made to the system configuration and each station function of distributed stable control device based on SCS-500E and the system features were described. After the system was successfully put into running, the Southern Shanxi power grid safe and stable operation level was raised, which plays an important role in preventing serious accidents from taking place.
