摘 要:為滿足直流電源特性測(cè)試中負(fù)載可編程、自動(dòng)加載的需求,提出了一種基于單片機(jī)控制的可編程直流負(fù)載測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。該系統(tǒng)以C8051F020單片機(jī)為主控單元,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的電阻加載技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了可編程直流負(fù)載的恒流、恒阻以及恒功率控制,在各個(gè)模式下具有較好的測(cè)試精確度,可以更簡(jiǎn)單、快捷、可靠地對(duì)電源、變壓器等電子設(shè)備進(jìn)行輸出特性測(cè)試。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of load programmable, automatic loading in DC power characteristic test, this paper raised a realization plan of programmable DC load test system based on single chip controller. The system took the single chip C8051F020 as the main control unit, combined with existing resistance loading technology to realize constant current, constant resistance and constant power control for programmable DC load with better test accuracy in each mode, being able to carry out more simple, fast, reliable output characteristics test for power source, transformer etc electronic equipment.
