摘 要:變頻器常規(guī)浪涌防護(hù)回路在線線間雷擊浪涌6kV時(shí),變頻器的絕緣柵雙極晶體管(IGBT)模塊通常會(huì)損壞。介紹了一種低壓變頻器線線間雷擊浪涌防護(hù)回路的設(shè)計(jì),在常規(guī)雷擊浪涌防護(hù)回路基礎(chǔ)上外加一級(jí)電感構(gòu)成LC低通濾波回路,在雷擊浪涌6kV時(shí)可以保護(hù)變頻器的IGBT模塊免受擊穿。利用圖解法確定了壓敏電阻上的殘壓,通過(guò)理論計(jì)算確定了電感量,并給出了線線間雷擊浪涌6kV的實(shí)例分析。結(jié)果表明,在雷擊浪涌為6kV時(shí),壓敏電阻與LC低通濾波回路能將變頻器線線間殘壓限制到1200kV以內(nèi)。

Protective Circuit Design for 6kV Lightning Surges Between Low-Voltage Inverter Lines

Abstract: When the conventional inverter protective circuit turns up 6kV lightning surge between lines, the module of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) will be damaged generally. Introduction was made to a kind of protective circuit design for 6kV lightning surges between low-voltage inverter lines. By adding an inductance to configurate a LC low pass filtering circuit on the conventional protective circuit of lightning surges, the inverter IGBT module could avoid breaking down at 6kV lightning surges. The diagram method was used to obtain residual voltage on the piezoresistor, the inductance value was determined by theoretical calculation and the actual example of 6kV lightning surges between lines was analyzed. The result shows that when the lightning surges are at 6kV, the piezoresistor and LC low pass filtering circuit will limit inverter residual voltage between lines within 1200kV.
