500 kV戶外GIS安裝及質(zhì)量控制

摘 要:介紹了某新建變電工程中500 kV氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS)安裝施工方案,給出了GIS安裝施工條件、安裝流程及關(guān)鍵工序,并制定了相關(guān)質(zhì)量保證措施,結(jié)果表明該方案有效保證了工程安裝任務(wù)的順利實(shí)施,保障了GIS的安全運(yùn)行和使用壽命,為同類型GIS設(shè)備安裝提供了參考。

Abstract: Introduction was made to the 500 kV gas insulation metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) installation construction plan in a certain newly built transformation project. This paper gave GIS installation construction conditions, installation flow and key process, and related quality measures were made. The result shows that the plan effectively ensures the implement of project installation task smoothly and guarantees safety operation and use life of the GIS, which provides reference for the same type GIS installation.
