摘 要:介紹了一起500 kV氣體絕緣開(kāi)關(guān)(GIS)設(shè)備的絕緣事故,分析了其應(yīng)急處置及搶修方案,并通過(guò)對(duì)放電痕跡和物質(zhì)的分析推測(cè)了事故原因,該事故是因設(shè)備裝備過(guò)程中殼體法蘭面和絕緣盆環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂面的間隙混入金屬異物,由于設(shè)備振動(dòng)導(dǎo)致異物位置偏移引起電場(chǎng)變化,致使閃絡(luò)事故的發(fā)生。指出應(yīng)嚴(yán)格現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工質(zhì)量管控,保證設(shè)備安裝質(zhì)量,確保電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

Abstract: Introduction was made to an insulation accident of 500 kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS) equipment. This paper analyzed its emergency disposal and strategy management and determined accident causes via discharge track and material analysis. The accident was due to metal foreign objects mixed into the clearance between casing flange and insulation basin epoxy during equipment installation process. The vibration of the equipment caused foreign object position displacement with electric field change and thus flashover accident took place. It is pointed out that construction on site should be with strict quality management and control, to ensure equipment installation quality and to guarantee power grid in safe and stable operation.
