摘 要:針對(duì)含風(fēng)電機(jī)組的配電網(wǎng),提出了一種基于ETAP軟件的電容器定容選址優(yōu)化方法,該方法利用遺傳算法求解線性規(guī)劃問題。在仿真過程中將DG視為負(fù)荷,提出一種長(zhǎng)時(shí)間尺度上的“無功靜態(tài)控制”,實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)與靜態(tài)相結(jié)合的無功優(yōu)化,經(jīng)ETAP仿真計(jì)算后,結(jié)果顯示:所有母線電壓得到補(bǔ)償;在規(guī)劃期間由于無功損耗的減少使支路輸電容量增加并帶來了一定的收益,整個(gè)配網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益達(dá)到最佳;對(duì)于含風(fēng)電機(jī)組的配電網(wǎng),其無功優(yōu)化效果更加明顯。

Capacitor Capacity Setting and Location Selection for Distribution Network with Distributed Power

Abstract: Aiming at the distribution network with wind turbines, this paper raised an optimizing method based on ETAP software for capacitor capacity setting and location selection. This method used the genetic algorithm to solve linear planning issues. In the simulation process the distributed power was regarded as load. A long time scale of “reactive static control” was raised to realize dynamic and static combined reactive optimization. The result of ETAP software simulation calculation shows that all the bus bar voltage is compensated, in planning period, due to the reduction of reactive power, the branch power transmission capacity increased, bringing a certain gain, the whole distribution network system economic reaches the best, especially for the distribution network with wind turbines, and its reactive optimization effect is more obvious.
