新建住宅小區(qū)供電配套設(shè)施存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策

摘 要：分析了現(xiàn)階段寧夏新建居民住宅小區(qū)供電配套設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀，并指出了其存在的問(wèn)題，給出了小區(qū)供電配套設(shè)施的建設(shè)范圍和費(fèi)用以及運(yùn)維費(fèi)用的測(cè)算原則。經(jīng)典型小區(qū)實(shí)例測(cè)算，小區(qū)供電配套設(shè)施改革有效地排除了供電管理的隱患，改善了城市居民的用電質(zhì)量。

Problems and Countermeasures Existing in Newly Built Residential Houses Distribution Facilities

Abstract: Analysis was made to present newly built residential houses distribution facilities state in Ningxia, existing problems pointed out. This paper gave the building range and cost for houses distribution facilities and calculation principle of operation and maintenance. The actual calculation of typical houses shows that houses distribution facilities reformation has effectively excluded hidden troubles of power supply management, effectively improving power quality of urban resident.
