基于組態(tài)王數(shù)據(jù)庫在塑殼斷路器參數(shù)測試中的應(yīng)用

摘 要： 介紹了組態(tài)王SQL 數(shù)據(jù)庫的特點和訪問功能，分析了塑殼斷路器參數(shù)測試系統(tǒng)組成和PLC 數(shù)據(jù)與組態(tài)王變量關(guān)聯(lián)方式，利用組態(tài)王SQL 及變量組態(tài)技術(shù)組態(tài)和編制命令程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)對測試數(shù)據(jù)庫的操作。運行結(jié)果表明，該應(yīng)用有效提高了產(chǎn)品測試的質(zhì)量控制和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。

Application in Parameters Testing of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker Based on KingView Database

Abstract: Introduction was made to the features and access functions of KingView structured query language (SQL) database. This paper analyzed the associated mode between the composition of moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) parameters testing system and the programmable logic controller (PLC) database, as well as the KingView variables. The KingView SQL and variables configuration technology, together with the programming commands were used to realize the operation on testing database. The operational results show that this application effectively improves the quality control and data analysis ability of product testing.
