彈簧觸指在隔離開關(guān)中的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要:以ZF27-800 氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS) 產(chǎn)品為例,介紹了彈簧觸指在隔離開關(guān)中的應(yīng)用情況,構(gòu)建了彈簧觸指數(shù)學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行了仿真分析,并通過摩擦力、機(jī)械壽命、溫升試驗等試驗項目,對彈簧觸指在隔離開關(guān)中的使用性能進(jìn)行了驗證,結(jié)果表明:采用彈簧觸指的產(chǎn)品比采用梅花觸指等傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的產(chǎn)品性能更加優(yōu)越,使用壽命顯著提升。

Application Rresearch on Spring Contacts in Disconnectors

Abstract: Taking the product GIS ZF27-800 for example, this paper introduced the application situation of spring contacts in disconnectors and built the spring contacts mathematical model to carry out simulation analysis. Through friction force, mechanical life, temperature rise test, the usability of spring contacts in disconnectors was verified. The results show that the disconnector using the spring contacts has more superior performance and longer service life than those using the traditional plum and strap contacts.
