UNITROL6800勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)故障引起跳機(jī)原因分析及改進(jìn)

摘 要:介紹了一起UNITROL6800 勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)故障引起的機(jī)組跳閘事故,對(duì)事故原因進(jìn)行了分析與勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,給出相應(yīng)的整改方案,并進(jìn)行了抗干擾改造。實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況表明,該方案提高了UNITROL6800 系統(tǒng)的可靠性,且有效杜絕了系統(tǒng)誤動(dòng)作引起跳機(jī)的不良后果。

Abstract: Introduction was made to the unit trip accident caused by the UNITROL6800 excitation system fault. The accident cause was analyzed and the excitation system was verified. This paper gave the corresponding rectification and reform program and carried out anti-interference reform. The actual operation shows that this scheme raises the reliability of UNITROL6800 system and can eliminate adverse consequences caused by the system misoperation effectively.
