配電網(wǎng)公用網(wǎng)和專用網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃方法及其應(yīng)用

    摘 要：介紹了一種配電網(wǎng)公用網(wǎng)和專用網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃方法。分析了目前配電網(wǎng)公用網(wǎng)和專用網(wǎng)情況，總結(jié)存在的主要問題，研究了配變負(fù)荷需用系數(shù)，確定不同負(fù)荷類型的配電網(wǎng)用戶的負(fù)荷發(fā)展趨勢，并給出了配電網(wǎng)專用網(wǎng)改造方法及新建原則，以便協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃配電網(wǎng)公用網(wǎng)和專用網(wǎng)。實際應(yīng)用表明應(yīng)用此方法開展配電網(wǎng)公用網(wǎng)和專用網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃，能夠有效回收配電網(wǎng)專用網(wǎng)資源，提高電網(wǎng)設(shè)備利用率，增加電網(wǎng)企業(yè)效益。

    Abstract: Introduction was made to a kind of public network and private network method of power distribution network. This paper analyzed
the situation of public network and private network of current situation power distribution network, summarized the main existing problem, researched on the load demand factor of distribution transformer and determined the load development tendency of different load type of power
distribution network users. This paper gave the private network transformation method of power distribution network and the new principle to coordinate planning the public network and private network of power distribution network. Practical application shows that this method is adopted
to carry out coordination planning the public network and private network of power distribution network, which is able to recycle the private network resource of power distribution network effectively, raising the rate of equipment utilization in power grid and enhancing electrical network enterprise benefit.
